Sherie Rene Scott in Everyday Rapture

Sherie Rene Scott

If you’re a little bummed by all the shows closing on Broadway this month, here’s something to cheer you up! Sherie Rene Scott is starting her new show Everyday Rapture at Second Stage with previews beginning April 7th.  Everyday Rapture is a reworked version of Sherie’s autobiographical show, You May Now Worship Me.  Worship opened originally at The Zipper and was later performed at a a fund-raiser for the Phyllis Newman Women’s Health Initiative of the Actors Fund. Everyday Rapture is reworked and still features songs by Mister Rogers and George Harrsion. So mark your calenders and head over to Second Stage in April.  And if you can’t wait till April for your Sherie fix visit the Sh-k-boom website and pick up a copy of her cd, Sherie Rene… Men I’ve Had. Happy viewing!
